Meet Sally [Nundah]
I'm a friendly and reliable support worker who takes a person-centred approach to supporting clients. I communicate clearly and directly, and use a calm, empathetic approach to support clients through anxiety or distress, drawing on my background in psychology. I bring a positive energy to my work, and enjoy incorporating creativity, humour, and active or outdoor activities to support wellbeing and independence.
I'm a creative person who loves to get crafty on the weekends - I paint, draw, film and photograph as much as I can. I also love to be outdoors and frequently enjoy exploring parks, gardens, national parks and going for hikes during holidays, always with my binoculars for some bird spotting! I'm a huge plant lady and enjoy gardening and looking after my many plants. Dogs are my favourite thing in the world and taking my Labrador, Gal, for walks is often the highlight of my day. When I just want to 'veg out' at home, I am a bit of a podcast and TV junkie, and I love listen to or watch personal stories, documentaries, reality TV, thrillers, and cheesy rom-coms.

Meet Charles [Moorooka]
I'm a second-year student nurse currently completing clinical placements, including time in a Spinal Injury Unit — so supporting people with complex needs is something I take seriously and show up for every day. I genuinely care about the people I work with, not just the tasks on a list. What I enjoy most is building real rapport and making someone feel seen, not just assisted.
Outside of work and study, I'm a photographer — I run my own photography and content business in Brisbane, so I'm always looking for the story in a moment. I'm also pretty into investing and tech, and I love that my life pulls me in a few different directions at once.
Fun fact: I've covered TED x Brisbane as an event photographer, which was a brilliant reminder that every person has something worth documenting.

Meet Diana [Lutwyche]
Compassionate and reliable Support Worker with hands-on experience delivering high-
quality, person-centred care to individuals with disabilities and complex needs. Skilled in supporting activities of daily living, behavioural management, and community participation in line with NDIS Practice Standards. Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with participants while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Holds Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), with practical experience in both aged care and disability settings
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and sharing quiet moments at home with my husband. I love simple routines that help me feel balanced, like cooking, listening to music, and going for walks.
I am a very warm, cheerful, and caring person. I enjoy connecting with people, having meaningful conversations, and bringing a calm and positive energy to any environment.
A fun fact about me is that I moved to Australia to build a new life, and this experience has helped me become more resilient, empathetic, and adaptable qualities that I bring into my work every day when supporting others.
I truly value kindness, patience, and the small details that can make someone’s day a little brighter.
