People first, always
We treat the people we support like people, never a number, never a case file. Support is shaped around the life someone actually wants to live.
Horizons Support Network is a person-first NDIS provider across Brisbane, founded by an ex Royal Marine who believes good support starts with showing up, listening, and treating people like people.

My journey began in the Royal Marine Commandos, where I spent years learning discipline, resilience and how a real team looks after each other. When I moved to Australia I went into fitness training, and that is where I first started working with people with disabilities.
It changed everything for me. I saw what the right support and a bit of genuine encouragement could do for someone's confidence and their day-to-day life. I also saw support done badly: rushed, impersonal, a different face every week. I knew it could be better.
So in 2023 I started Horizons Support Network here in Brisbane. The idea was simple: a small, reliable, person-first team that turns up, listens first, and shapes support around the life someone actually wants. We are a non-registered NDIS provider supporting self-managed and plan-managed participants, not a call centre, and you will always know the name of the person walking through your door.
We treat the people we support like people, never a number, never a case file. Support is shaped around the life someone actually wants to live.
You know who walks through the door. We match a consistent, named support worker who fits, not a rotating cast of strangers.
Reliability is a value, not a slogan. The Royal Marine in Chris means we do what we say, turn up on time and stay in your corner.
Good support works itself out of a job. We focus on skills and confidence that last, so people can do more on their own over time.
All our support workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances and current First Aid, and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Good support rarely works alone. We team up with trusted local providers so the people we support get the right help at the right time, and we refer on when someone needs something we don't offer.
