When you fill in this form, you're sharing personal information with Horizons Support Network — your name, contact details, working-with-children and NDIS Worker Screening status, and a CV.

What we do with it:

• We add it to our internal recruitment system (a private database we run on our own server).

• An AI assistant helps us read CVs quickly — but every hiring decision is made by a person (Chris Marshall, our founder). The AI doesn't reject anyone on its own.

• We may contact the referees you list to ask about your suitability for support work. We tell each referee why we're contacting them and how to opt out.

What we keep, and for how long:

• If we don't progress your application: we keep a short record (decision summary + outcome) for 24 months so we can respond to any complaint or audit. Your CV and detailed notes are deleted within 30 days of our decision.

• If you're hired: your record becomes part of our employment file, kept for the length of your engagement plus 7 years (Fair Work requirement).

Your rights:

• You can ask to see what we hold about you (Privacy Act APP 12).

• You can ask us to correct anything wrong (APP 13).

• You can withdraw your application at any time and we'll delete what we no longer need.
