You turn up
Reliability is the whole job. The people we support count on the same trusted face, week in, week out.
We are always glad to hear from warm, reliable people who want to do support work the right way. Tell us a little about you below, and a real person from our Brisbane team will read every word.

You do not need years of experience or a stack of qualifications to apply. The right attitude matters most, and we help with the rest. Horizons Support Network supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Brisbane.
Reliability is the whole job. The people we support count on the same trusted face, week in, week out.
Support is shaped around the person, not a checklist. The best support workers notice, ask and adjust.
Patience, good humour and genuine care matter more than a long CV. We can teach the rest.
Good support works itself out of a job. We help people do more on their own over time, at their pace.
We are a small team by design. That means real relationships, consistent shifts, and a founder who knows the work because he still does it.
All our support workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances and current First Aid, and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
It only takes a few minutes. Pop in your details, share why you want to do support work, and add a link to your CV if you have one handy. Nothing here is a deal-breaker, so if you are unsure about a question, just do your best.
Your application goes straight to the Horizons team, and Chris Marshall makes all hiring decisions personally. If we do not progress your application, your CV and our detailed notes are deleted within 30 days. We only use your details to consider you for support-worker roles, and we never sell or share them.
If you would rather have a quick chat first, we are happy to talk it through. No pressure either way.
